In 'Spirit Of Parity,' U.S. Orders Russia To Close Consulate, 2 Annexes
The State Department declaration requires the closures in San Francisco, New York and D.C. It is in retaliation for the Kremlin order expelling 755 U.S. diplomatic staff. The deadline is Saturday.
