Emergency Officials Begin Responding To Calls For Help As Harvey Hits Louisiana
Tropical storm Harvey is weakening as it moves up the western side of Louisiana. Emergency officials are responding to some calls for help, but say so far the storm hasn't been as hard on Louisiana as local officials feared it would be.
