U.S. envoy says Russia intends to dissolve Ukraine from the world map
Linda Thomas-Greenfield, ambassador to the U.N, told the Security Council that the U.S. is seeing signs Russia is laying the groundwork to attempt to annex regions in eastern and southern Ukrainian.
