A Military Plane Crash In The Philippines Has Left At Least 31 People Dead
At least 50 people were rescued from the wreckage of the crash in southern Sulu province. The Lockheed C-130 Hercules was one of two ex-U.S. Air Force aircraft given to the Philippines this year.
