Filmmaker Reunites VHS Tape From Goodwill With Previous Owner
When Jim McKay watched the tape from 1994, it was of a baby's first steps. He wanted to return the tape to the family. Mission accomplished. The baby in the video is 26-year-old TyRe Alexander.
