Milwaukee Prosecutors Weigh Charges In Inmate's Dehydration Death
Prosecutors say Terrill Thomas, 38, had been left alone in his county jail cell for seven days without water. The medical examiner's office says he died of "profound dehydration" in the 2016 incident.
